Shipping policy
Shipping Policy Last updated: 8 February 2026
Delivering your order safely and on time is something we take seriously at Royal Princess. This policy covers everything you need to know about how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed through royalprincess.co.uk.
1. Where We Deliver
At present, we deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. The delivery options available to you will depend on your location and will be clearly presented at checkout prior to completing your order.
2. Processing Your Order
- Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of successful payment.
- Our business days run Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
- Orders submitted after 12:00 PM (noon) GMT may not begin processing until the next business day.
- As soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details.
3. Delivery Options and Timeframes
The following shipping methods may be available when you check out:
- Free Standard Shipping (tracked): typically arrives within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Express Shipping (tracked): typically arrives within 1–3 business days from dispatch — cost shown at checkout.
All timeframes are estimates calculated from the dispatch date and cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery times may be affected by courier capacity, busy seasonal periods, weather disruptions, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping is provided free of charge on all eligible UK orders.
- Express shipping is available at an additional cost, which will be clearly stated at checkout.
- No surprise fees — all charges are visible before you confirm your purchase.
5. Tracking Your Order
Every order we send includes tracking. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel's progress.
If no tracking email has arrived within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before reaching out to us.
6. Unsuccessful Deliveries and Returned Parcels
If delivery cannot be completed — whether due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel — it may be returned to our fulfilment centre. Should this happen:
- We will get in touch to arrange redelivery or discuss available options.
- Where the failed delivery was not caused by an error on our part, a reshipment fee may apply.
- Royal Princess cannot be held responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from inaccurate address information submitted at checkout.
7. Late or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend the following steps:
- Review the tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email.
- Allow an additional 1–2 business days, as couriers may occasionally encounter unexpected delays.
- Contact the courier directly using your tracking number for the latest update.
- If the matter remains unresolved, reach out to our team at support@royalprincess.co.uk — we'll look into it and get back to you as quickly as possible.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, or your tracked parcel is officially confirmed as lost by the courier, please email us at support@royalprincess.co.uk with the following:
- Your order number
- Photographs clearly showing the damage to the item and its packaging (where applicable)
We'll arrange either a complimentary replacement or a full refund, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
